This File Is Daleep, Obama Treasury. Cook Wrote Waldeep, Sequoia VP.

Daleep is not Waldeep. The last name is common. The first names are not the same. The schools are not the same. The careers on paper are not the same. This commentary file is not a phone book. It locks to one man: Daleep Singh, the Obama Treasury / New York Fed / Biden deputy national security advisor for international economics on the Federal Reserve Bank of New York releases, the official Brady Room transcripts, PGIM’s biography, and the Executive Office of the President portrait of March 25, 2021.

Mark Cook’s January 2026 posts name a different string: Waldeep Singh. A 2007 Sequoia Voting Systems leadership list Cook circulated titles “Waldeep Singh (Vice President Operations/Print).” A separate Cook list puts Waldeep Singh among Sequoia contacts at sequoiavote.com. Cook’s heading on that post is “Non-Traditional Anglo-American Origins.” That heading is his. It is not a finding of this site. Cook also wrote that he is not saying anyone on the list is a bad actor, and asked @DataRepublican to help.

The lock for that other man, on paper this site can open, is Sequoia letterhead. Jack A. Blaine, President & CEO of Sequoia Voting Systems, wrote the U.S. Election Assistance Commission and copied “Mr. Waldeep Singh, Vice President of U.S. Operations, Sequoia Voting Systems,” with the contact line wsingh@sequoiavote.com. That is Waldeep. It is not Daleep’s Duke / MIT / Harvard line on the PGIM biography, and it is not the EOP portrait above.

2020 posts by Sunil Kumar, Carl Ralph Coglianese, and gaz name Waldeep Singh as a Dominion executive vice president and overlay a national 2020 plot onto older Palm Beach copy. A tweet is not a finding that Daleep is that officer. This file does not write that Daleep Singh worked at Sequoia, Dominion, or Smartmatic. A Dominion officer list is Cook / Gaz / Dominion-bio territory. It is not this Treasury file as Fact.

The documented Palm Beach episode attached to Waldeep’s name in contemporary reporting is a 2012 municipal tally: Computerworld and The BRAD BLOG printed a Dominion statement issued in Waldeep Singh’s name about a mismatch between the software that generated paper ballots and the central tally system in Palm Beach County (Wellington). That is a local software-mismatch statement from 2012. It is not a 2020 confession. It is not this Daleep’s record. Coglianese’s “PROOF” line and the 2020 overlay stay on the tweets. They are not this site’s findings.
