The standing instruction for this file is to document any role in the left / liberal / Democrat apparatus that targeted Donald Trump — cases, offices, donations, orgs, public acts — from primaries, and not to invent one. The primaries that lock Daleep Singh are Democrat-administration offices: Acting Assistant Secretary for Financial Markets and Deputy Assistant Secretary for International Affairs at Obama Treasury (New York Fed releases); Head of the Markets Group at the New York Fed; then, twice, Biden Deputy National Security Advisor for International Economics and Deputy NEC Director (New York Fed resignation; official briefing transcripts; PGIM). The on-record public acts that preferred outlets covered are the February 2022 sanctions briefings, the Russian stop-list, the 2022 leave and PGIM hire, the 2024 return, and the January 2025 energy statement.

This pass did not locate a primary or a preferred-outlet piece that names Singh as an FBI official, a Crossfire Hurricane or Mueller-team decision-maker, an impeachment staffer, a prosecutor on a Trump criminal case, or an author of a Trump-related charging document. It did not locate a DataRepublican relations-graph hit, a USAspending.gov recipient record, or a doge.gov/savings line in his name. An FEC individual-contribution record for this Daleep Singh was not confirmed in this pass; this page does not invent donations. If a later primary shows a Trump-case role, it belongs in a new episode with a citation. Until then, the honest sentence is: Democrat administration economic official. Not a Trump-case actor.

Do not write a coup novel. He is not Strzok. He is not an impeachment counsel. He is the Biden money-and-sanctions deputy — twice — who told the country the first energy hit was off the table. That is plenty. Inventing a Trump indictment in his name would be a lie.
