PGIM’s March 17, 2025, press release is the employer primary on the second White House tour. It says Singh “rejoins PGIM Fixed Income after being reinstated as U.S. deputy national security advisor for international economics and deputy director of the National Economic Council in February 2024, a role he also held between February 2021 and June 2022.” It again calls that office “former President Biden’s top international economics advisor.”
Reuters, February 15, 2024, reported — citing “a White House official” — that Singh “will return to his previous role as the deputy national security adviser for international economics, replacing Mike Pyle who is leaving at the end of the month.” Reuters noted he left the same role in spring 2022 and had been chief economist at PGIM Fixed Income, and that the job “reports to both the National Security Council and the National Economic Council.” That is labeled reporting. Bloomberg’s headline the same day used “Architect of Russia Sanctions.” “Architect” remains press language, not a finding.
This page does not invent a personal last day in January 2025. The documented next employer date is April 21, 2025, when PGIM says the Vice Chair title became effective. Epoch Times and his January 10, 2025, official statement show he was still in the DNSA / Deputy NEC role that month. Those are the dated public acts.
